Ochre Weddings reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Once an order is placed, you have accepted to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Quotations and production times

All quotations are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Once I have received your order, I will contact you within 2 working days to confirm all of your wording and colour details. At this stage, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm the booking. Once I have received this information and your deposit payment, a PDF proof of your wedding stationery will be sent to you in 2 working days. Once approved and payment has been received in full, your stationery will be printed, packaged and delivered within 2 weeks. Every effort is made to process and send orders as quickly as possible. However, these timings may change due to unforeseen circumstances. I will always keep you updated on the status of your order.


All designs are the copyright of Ochre Weddings and are not to be copied or reproduced in any way without prior written consent. This is inclusive of any bespoke stationery designs.

Ochre Weddings reserve the right to reuse any bespoke designs after the wedding has taken place. This includes using photographs of the stationery designs for promotional purposes, but no personal information will be disclosed.

You are responsible for obtaining the correct permissions for any literature used within the stationery, including but not restricted to: poems, quotations and hymns.


All designs are hand illustrated and digitally processed. Card stock will be specified on the website for different collection designs and printed to the highest quality.

Please note that colours may appear differently on screens and there may be slight variations in colour during the printing process. There may also be slight variations in the printed product size, card and texture.

Seating plans are printed onto a foam backing and, therefore, the colour will differ slightly to any coordinating stationery.

Bespoke wedding stationery

Bespoke wedding stationery will incur an initial design fee of £200 which will be due in full before any design work commences. The further cost of wedding stationery items will be due following your approval of the final PDF proof.

If you would like an existing design altered in any way, I am more than happy to accommodate this and a design fee will be charged depending on the work involved. Please contact Ochre Weddings to discuss your requirements.

For bespoke designs, following the consultation and research stage, you will be able to review your design. Amendments can be made at this stage and up to two amended PDF proofs are included. Any further changes may be subject to an additional fee depending on the level of work involved.

Supply of information

Please ensure that the information supplied for your wedding stationery is accurate to minimise amendments and re-proofing.

Any information and guest names required for on the day wedding stationery is required a minimum of 4 weeks before the wedding. Sign off for these items is required 3 weeks before the wedding to allow time for production and delivery.


Proofs are sent to you as a digital PDF via email, using the wording, layout, design and colour agreed in your order. Please note that you are responsible for checking the accuracy of your PDF proofs. This includes but is not limited to: spelling, grammar, layout, colour and dates.

If proofs are signed off with typos or any errors, Ochre Weddings take no responsibility. Any replacements required will be charged in full.

If you require any amendments on review of your proof, please let me know as soon as possible by email. After your initial PDF proof, you are allowed two free proofs. Any further changes will be subject to an additional fee.

Once alterations have been made and you are happy with your proof, you will need to confirm by email that printing can commence.


An initial deposit of 50% is required at the point of ordering your stationery. For bespoke stationery, the initial design fee is required in full at this stage.

The remaining full balance is due once final proofs have been signed off and before printing can commence.

Accepted payment method is bank transfer. For payment via bank transfer, details will be sent to you once you have placed your order.


Prices for wedding stationery can be found on my website. These prices may be subject to change, however, once a deposit is received, your quotation price will be secured.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your initial 50% deposit (or bespoke design fee) is non-refundable. Cancellation of your order will be subject to any costs incurred. Cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof cannot be refunded.

Due to your stationery being personalised, I do not accept any returns. If you change your mind on receipt of your wedding stationery, I am unable to offer a refund. All orders are individually quoted, proofed and printed so there is ample opportunity during the order process to amend the stationery to your requirements.

If you find any faults with your order, I must be notified within 3 days from receipt of your order. Faulty items will be replaced free of charge if the fault is a mistake of Ochre Weddings.


Delivery costs are dependent on the size of your order and will be added to your final invoice. The preferred delivery method is Royal Mail Special Delivery which is tracked.

Ochre Weddings take extreme care when packaging and preparing your order. In the unlikely event that your stationery is damaged on delivery, please notify Ochre Weddings within 24 hours. I must be notified within this time frame in order to arrange a replacement, subject to photographic evidence and at the discretion of Ochre Weddings.

Please ensure that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to its terms prior to placing an order from Ochre Weddings. Making a purchase will be considered as consent to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
